PROFESSIONAL ARCHITECTS ARE COMPELLED BY LAW TO ASK STANDARDISED FEES AS PER Architectural Professions Act 44 of 2000.

Fees are calculated (and adapted after each phase) on the Professionally Estimated Construction Costs, on a sliding scale. Each project is Priced individually as per Construction Cost, Complexity, Client Relationship, and Scope of Work.

Discounts are limited by law, and at the Architect Principals discretion.
